COVID-19 education & update for our community

A message from your care team at ENT & Facial Plastic Surgery:

The health and safety of our patients, as well as team members at our practice, remains our highest priority during the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. That being said, we remain open to serve our community’s medical needs. Please refer to our new guidelines below when visiting our practice safely. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this uncertain time.

  • We are continuing to see both existing and new patients on a virtual basis. If you are a new patient, you may meet virtually with one our physicians to discuss your concern(s). If necessary, we can then schedule you for an in-person evaluation and examination. If you are an existing patient, please consider switching your appointment to a virtual visit, unless your physician has determined it is necessary to examine you in-person. Please see the instructions for both Privia and ZocDoc for further details.

  • We continue to ask that only patients being seen for an appointment will be allowed in the office unless the patient is under 18 or requires a full-time caretaker. This allows for proper social distancing in our waiting area. We are asking family and friends to either wait in their vehicles or stay home.
  • Please avail yourself of hand washing and hand sanitizing resources while at the office. Gloves are not required.
  • We are now requiring that all patient and family members must have a mask or face covering when entering the office, no exception. If you do not have a mask/face covering, we can provide you with one for $3.00.
  • For our allergy shot patients, please continue to call to schedule allergy shots, so as to minimize waiting room overcrowding. We are continuing our practice of having patients wait either outside or in their vehicles before having your arm(s) checked.
  • If you either had a procedure canceled/postponed, or are interested in surgery, please call to speak with our surgical scheduling specialists. You may also schedule an appointment with your physician to discuss further.
  • We and our surgical site affiliates are requiring pre-operative COVID testing within 72 hours of any procedure for ALL patients, regardless of age. You may either have this performed at our office as part of your pre-operative visit, or you may visit one of the following locations (MD order required):
