Audiology Doctor – Valerie Beacham
Dr. Valerie Beacham, a Fairfax Country native, earned both her communication sciences and disorders bachelor’s degree and doctorate in audiology from James Madison University. Prior to joining ENT & Facial Plastic Surgery in October 2021, she practiced at a Veteran’s Hospital in Huntington, West Virginia.
She is passionate about helping individuals with hearing loss improve quality of life and restorative communication, and has training in a variety of hearing treatment options including hearing aids, bone anchored hearing devices, and cochlear implants.
She excels in providing the best care to patients by drawing from a variety of experience in private practice, a school setting, pediatric clinic, VA medical centers, and ENT settings.
Valerie was initially drawn to audiology because of experiences with a childhood friendship with a hearing impairment. When not working, she enjoys walking her dog, Leo, cooking, and gardening.
